“Rise and Shine, I’m blessing u with a nice morning view. Rolling out of bed is hard.” Thus spoke Coco, wife of Ice-T and owner of one of the most flaunted backsides of our generation, first thing yesterday morning when she greeted the world with a Twitter picture of her bare bottom. Poezija, Prie?

Coco has never been shy about showing off her ass(HTA), and we’ve certainly never been shy about loving her for that, but this is certainly the most bare-naked view we’ve gotten. So, in honor of Coco’s way with words and her way with squats, we would like to present a haiku and retrospective look at some of her finest work, call it a “Rear In Review” if you will. It’s all for you, Coco.

It’s Coco’s World, we

just live in it. No ifs, ands

or giant, round butts.

If you’re wondering how to write a book that will “fly off the shelves” and bring you plenty of customers, you need to know the way a book browser decides whether or not to purchase a book.

I have good news and bad news for you.

The bad news is that, despite the cliche “you can’t judge a book by its cover”, people do. The cover is a HUGE aspect of the purchasing decision. You may have the best solution to the reader’s problem, but if you have a boring title, she’ll never know it.

Nesijaudinkite. There is plenty of good news too. The good news is that when you know how a buyer decides what book to choose, you can easily bring attention to your perfect solution.

How a Book BUying Decision Is Made

Have you ever stopped to analyze your own behavior in a bookstore or even on a book website? Do you realize that you make decisions the way I am about to show you?

Structure your book so that people are drawn deeper and deeper into the pages and, Žinoma, into making a purchasing decision.

There is a specific process the reader goes through, and once you understand this, you’ll also have what you need to structure the book in such a way that you build the “know, like and trust” factarba into the work.

The browsing customer will look at any book in the following manner.

- Front cover.
- Back cover.
- Table of Contents.
- Inside the book.

Now let’s go through each element so that you can be planning for it as you write.

Front cover

The front cover is your attention getter. A “texty” cover with lots of words, a highly complex cover with too many graphics, or a boring cover lacking panache will cause your reader to look elsewhere. It doesn’t matter if your book is better written or has a better solution than a similar book. A lousy cover kills sales every time.

A perfect example is a horrible looking communications book. It had a pitch-black cover and a blue strip with a boring title in it. Nothing on the cover makes me want to look at the cover much less pick it up. What’s inside only matters if someone bothers to pick up the book.

Here is an activity you can do to hone your skills in producing a winning book. You can do this in a “real” (physical) bookstore or an online store, but I recommend you go into a physical shop.

Pay attention to the titles, subtitles and covers first. Notice which books stand out. Which ones grab your attention? Which ones are so un-interesting you don’t even want to pick them up?

It can be helpful to write down your observations so you can review them when making those choices for your own book.

Now pick up a copy of the National Enquirer and study the headlines. Write down the ones that capture your attention or arouse your curiosity.

Don’t worry about the title early in the book writing process. I’ve coached a few hundred people through this process, and too many people have made a huge mistake. They fuss and worry about the title and halt all other progress until they have The Title. UGH!

I’ve known dozens of authors who take 3 months just to get a title. That’s flat ridiculous! Set out your plan. Start writing. Either a title will present itself to your mind, or you’ll mastermind with someone and come up with an awesome title.

Back Cover

If the front cover grabs the reader’s attention, she’ll flip the book over to read the back. That’s where you want to have a sizzling description of the benefit of the book and some endorsements from industry leaders.

Who do you know who can endorse your work? Get testimonials that you can use on your website and promotional materials. Make a list of successful clients and ask for their success stories and testimonials.

Now make a list of people who could give you an endorsement. Who are the top people in your industry? Maybe you don’t know them today, but you can start making a plan for getting them to know you.

Table of Contents

You’re off to a great start. You don’t need to worry about chapter titles in the early stages, but you definitely want to plan the journey your reader will take with you throughout the book. At least give each chapter a working title. You can always change them later.

Insider tip: When you organize your book from start to finish before you write it, you can write your entire book in short bursts of time (15, 20 or 30 m minutes, pavyzdžiui). Plan your contents so you can easily write the book in a “plug and play” fashion, snapping pieces into place as you feel like writing them.

Inside the Book

You write your book in a friendly fashion, like a best friend talking to you over a cup of coffee (or tea, if you prefer). So when a reader opens the book to any page, she’ll be drawn to you. KODĖL? Because you “get her.” You understand her problems, and you are leading her to a solution.

She’ll like your style and probably notice your resources and Action Steps, and she’ll feel instantly comfortable with you. If you’ve got what she needs, she’ll buy the book.

Your book is a relationship opener for your reader. Write down what you want him to do after he reads the book. Write down what he will need that you can provide. This will do wonders for getting you into the expert guide mindset.

Now you know the order in which a reader explores a book. Make sure these elements of your book are rock solid so that your ideal customers will be irresistibly drawn to you.

American Alligator Description

The American Alligator has a very thick body and it has amazing strength. Even the tail has more strength behind it than the average adult man. The males are typically about 14 kojų long with the females averaging about 10 kojų. The largest one in history was just over 19 feet. Like all alligators they have very sharp teeth but this one holds the record for the strongest bite of any animal in the entire world.

There is a rare genetic mutation that can make certain American Alligators albino. They are missing a gene to create melanin. They do exist in the wild but they are extremely rare. Due to the fascination with them though they are commonly bred in captivity as an attraction at alligator farms.

American Alligator Distribution

You will only find the American Alligator in the Southern part of the United States. This includes Texas, Luizianos, Florida, and Georgia. The largest number of them are in Florida with a population of around two million.

They do very well in the wetlands here. Tačiau, they also have a huge problem as they have to share these areas with humans. Their natural habitat continues to get smaller and smaller all the time. They generally stick to freshwater but can also do very well in the salt water.

American Alligator Behavior

They are very intelligent animals and will intently study their environment. They are able to quickly pick up the patterns of other animals that come into the area. They are slow on land but don’t underestimate them in the water. They can be aggressive but for the most part tend to only do so when they feel threatened.

American Alligator Diet and Feeding

The wet marsh areas where the American Alligator live offer plenty of food for the American Alligator. tikrųjų, without them here areas of Florida and Louisiana would have huge problems to deal with. This is because of the abundance of rodents found in these areas. They make up the majority of the food source for this type of alligator.

They will also eat a variety of birds, snakes, and different mammals in the area. What they will eat depends on where they live and their particular size. When they are very large they will go for mammals including deer and cattle. They are also known to successfully take down a bear or a panther.

They swallow their food whole and use their sharp teeth to break it into chunks. They will consume sand and rocks too. These elements assist with the grinding down of the food that is in their stomach.

American Alligator Reproduction

Mating occurs in the spring as the temperatures start to increase. Roars and bellowing sounds can be heard from the males during this time. They strive to be able to attract the females with those sounds. Tuo pat metu, they are offering warnings į other males to stay away.

After mating the pair will go their own directions. The female will get busy creating a nest. It can take her several weeks to do this. She will use what she can find including rocks, sticks, and mud. She can lay from 20 to 50 eggs in this nest and then she will build on top of it. She does so to keep them warm and to prevent predators from finding them.

The young will be born about 65 days later. They will make the journey from egg to the water with their mother. She will care for them until they are about five months of age. A large number of these offspring will be eaten by various predators in the water before they are mature.

American Alligator Conservation

At this time there aren’t conservation efforts in place for the American Alligator. They are doing very well in their natural environment. There are efforts in place though to help prevent more of their habitat from being taken over by humans. Careful evaluations are done before building in many of these areas is permitted.

Grizzly Bear Description

The Grizzly Bear seems į be among the most common that people recognize by its appearance. They are very large bears and they often have a coat that is chocolate brown in color. Some of them have a white tip to them though as they get older. They range in size from 5 to 8 feet tall with the males being larger than the females. They can weigh up to 800 pounds.

Grizzly Bear Distribution

Grizzly Bears are found in North America and they are often confused with Brown Bears that are also around that same area. They will be found around the rivers of Alaska when it is time for the salmon to run upstream for spawning during the summer months. They have a grand area that they move around in looking for food, with the radius of the male being much lager than for the females. You will also find them in areas of Canada.

These bears can cover many miles every single day. They can also run about 30 miles per hour should they need to. With that type of speed and power is it is very rare that their prey is able to get away from them.

Grizzly Bear Behavior

With the exception of caring for their young, Grizzly Bears are very solitary animals. They are excellent caregivers and they can become very aggressive when humans are around at the same time they have cubs. Females will also battle with male Grizzly Bears in order to protect their young.

Grizzly Bear Diet and Feeding

They are the top of the food chain when it comes to this area. They don’t have to worry very much about becoming food for anything else. They also can take their pick when it comes to foods available. Some of their favorites include nuts, berries, leaves, and roots. They will also feed on a variety of different types of animals. Some of them are very small such a rodents. Tačiau, other times they will feed on a moose.

Grizzly Bears consume a high number of fish including salmon. They are very skilled hunters and it is exciting to watch them. They will observe the waters and quickly swipe with their claws when fish come by. Most of the time they will capture their prey, consume it, and continue hunting for more following this same method.

Grizzly Bear Reproduction Grizzly Bears will mate from May until mid July. During this period of time the males will be calling out to the females. The females will leave a stronger scent for them to follow. Courting involves eating together and rubbing up on the sides of each other.

They will part soon after mating and the female will give birth to one or two cubs at a time. The gestation period ranges from 180 dienų to 265 days. The cubs are about one pound at birth and very vulnerable. The mothers are excellent at caring for them though. When they are two or three years of age they will venture out on their own.

Grizzly Bear Conservation

There are less than 1,000 Grizzly Bears remaining in the wild today. The illegal hunting of them and the destruction of their habitat continues to be a threat. Even with strong conservation efforts in place it is very hard to get their numbers to increase. The fact that so few remain has encouraged zoos to take them in and to help them reproduce in a safe setting. Plans for some of those young to be returned to the wild are in place.

Grizzly Bear Human interaction

Even though the Grizzly Bear is protected in the continental USA, many people still can kill them in Canada and Alaska. They are considered to be huge trophy hunts and with a limited number of them remaining, many want to get one before it is too late. The fact that Grizzly Bears unduly have a reputation of being man eaters means many people don’t care of they are hunted or not.

Your first meal as husband and wife should be special and reflect who you both are as a couple. You want to pick out dishes that really speak to you and that you will love. Bet, how do you go about not only picking what you want to eat as husband and wife but also what your guests will like? You are not the only ones that are going to be eating what you choose so you also have to keep the guests in mind – you invited them after all! There are a few rules of thumb to go by and you need to make sure you cover all the bases with your caterer so you don’t end p with a nasty surprise after its too late to do anything about it. The ears are very pointing and they have a wonderful sense of hearing. They have powerful legs and very wide feet. Yet the upper limbs are short and skinny. They do have sharp claws on the limbs though. The tail is very thick and powerful too. All Kangaroos use this to help them with balance.

Red Kangaroo Distribution

You will find the Red Kangaroo living in various areas out there around Australia. They primarily stay around the mainland areas where it is very dry. You will find them spending a great deal of their time out in the open and looking around.

Red Kangaroo Behavior

Due to the heat where the Red Kangaroos live, they tend to not be very active during the day. Instead they will remain in shaded areas and rest until they sun goes down. They are very active at night and in the early morning. The move around with their group which is called a mob.

For the most part the members of the mob do get along very well. Tačiau, there is often conflicts with the males because they want to take over as the leader. That way they will be able to mate with the females. The males usually take part in what looks like boxing. They do this in order to show their dominance and to try to take cover control of the mob.

Red Kangaroo Diet and Feeding

They are herbivores and their diet consists of a variety of grass and plants. While they do need some water they can go for a very long time without it. They get most of the water they do need from the vegetation that they consume. They don’t chew their food but instead swallow it. Then they regurgitate it and chew it up once again before it is digested.

Red Kangaroo Reproduction

Mating can take place out there any time of the year for the Red Kangaroo. The females will conceive and then a very small joey is born about 30 days later. It makes a remarkable journey to the pouch where it will be well protected.
The females can get pregnant again almost immediately if their basic needs are met. tikrųjų, she may have an new joey and continue to care for the older one at the same time. The females do have the ability to delay when the embryo and the uterus meet though so they have some control over when they will give birth.

Red Kangaroo Conservation

There are quite a few efforts in place to help conserve the natural environment out there for the Red Kangaroo. Such organizations are stressing the importance of these animals having access to their natural habitat. They also want to make people aware of the fact that they aren’t pests like they have been labeled. užuot, they are just following their instincts for survival.

Red Kangaroo Human interaction Many people have been able to experience seeing the Red Kangaroo in its natural setting in Australia. There are some interactions but most of the time these animals will run off when humans get too close. They are sometimes hit by cars as they now have roads through their natural habitats. Some humans hunt them or poison them and such interactions continue to lower the number of them remaining in the wild.

American Black Bear Description

The American Black Bear can be either brown or black in color. Some of them even have white on them. They have thick layers of fur which keep them warm. They have the external layer that we can see. They also have a layer that is very close į the skin. This helps to keep them dry.

They can range significantly in size depending on the region where they live. This can be from 200 to 500 svarų. They can be up to five feet tall in an upright position as well.

Distribution

You will find these bears all over the place, but mainly in forest areas. They have been found in common hiking and camping areas of humans too so you do need to be aware of their presence. These bears have been able to adapt to a variety of different types of environments. This ability has allowed them to continue thriving in spite of the conditions around them.

They can be found in the plains, the mountains, and even in swampy regions. They will basically survive anywhere as long as their need for food and shelter can be met there. They often have to share areas with humans due to homes being built so close to the supply of water they rely upon. They are found in 28 states of the USA, around Canada, and even into Mexico.

Behavior

These bears tend to be very active in the early morning and then again as the sun goes down. Those that live in areas where it is hot will find shady spots in caves or among the trees to rest and to stay cool. They can run up to 40 miles per hour to escape danger or to capture prey.

These types of bears often do hibernate to some extent. Tačiau, it is often not a complete span of rest. They will get up periodically to go look for food or even to move to a new location.

Diet and Feeding

The American Black Bear has a wide selection of types of foods to consume. They include nuts, berries, and fruits when they are in season. They will also consume insects, fish, and rodents. Don’t think that they aren’t after some larger prey though. They have been known to kill moose, deer, and elk to feed upon.

They do tend to consume leaves and tree bark as well when they can’t find meat. This particular bear is one that loves honey and other sweets. They can become a nuisance if they know people have food in the area. Keeping trash cans and other areas of food secured is important.

Reproduction

The American Black Bears find each other for mating in the late spring or early summer. Tačiau, the females can delay the attachment of the embryo to the uterus until the fall. Then they will be born in February of the following year. Generally two cubs are born but as many as four can be found in a single litter. After about a year of the mothers care these cubs will make a life on their own.

Conservation

When it comes to bears, there are more American Black Bears than any other. Approximately 400,000 of them are believed to be in the wild today. Conserving the natural areas where they live should be more important than it is though.

Human interaction

Many people have come across an American Black Bear in the wild. They aren’t aggressive in nature so usually they will go their own way and leave people alone. The hunting of these types of bears is very common though due to their size. In some regions such hunting is even encouraged to keep the overall bear population under control.

I wonder whether you noticed an article by the columnist David Brooks in the New York Times entitled the “Sandra Bullock Trade”. It certainly caught my eye as it focuses upon the interactions between personal and professional success with levels of happiness.

Over the last few decades much research has been carried out with regards to the science of happiness. A state of happiness is after all what we would all wish to experience. There are many different and varied goals which we might pursue, but ultimately the thing which we seek through any of these diverse routes is happiness.

One of the many pieces of research has identified that to achieve professional success does not necessarily mean that you will achieve corresponding levels of happiness. But success in your personal life, in your marriage or close relationships, does provide a good indication of happiness. More money might lead you to greater happiness, but not necessarily so; a good relationship is far more likely to pave the way to happiness (and also longevity, but that is another story).

So why are so many more people in this day and age apparently so fixated upon their careers and monetary goals, seemingly oblivious to the potential negative impact upon their relationships? It seems that we are searching for happiness in the wrong places and perhaps it is time for many of us to take a step back and view our lives from a different angle.

This can however be hard to do when we live in a society where our self confidence, self image and sense of achievement is often measured by what we do as opposed to who we really are. Our sense of identity can become blurred and indistinct as our professional persona grows larger and our inner self takes a back seat. As time goes by it becomes easier to live with that persona as it becomes more familiar to us, and frequently shields us from our inner fears and doubts.

Many of us reach a point where we do not want to let go of either the trappings of a successful career or the persona of that successful professional image. But if it is not making you happy or, worse still, standing in the way of your happiness, then it is time for a change. When one reaches such an insight, it becomes important to strip away a few of those superficial layers and look instead at ones inner reality.

Hypnosis is very helpful in this process as it allows you to access your subconscious mind, the part where instinctive thoughts and behaviors are stored. In effect, hypnosis allows you to take a step back and see things from a different angle. Hypnosis helps you to relax in the moment and to experience happiness at the same time.

We know from research findings that to be in a good close relationship is a better indicator of happiness than anything else. Thus the most important thing to focus upon so as to attract happiness into your life is the area of personal relationships. In creating deeper and more meaningful bonds in your personal relationships you will derive far more happiness than from professional success.
